Overview

Social media ops — not just posting

Social media support from Steady Operations is operations-focused — not content strategy or creative direction. My role is to make sure the system behind your content runs smoothly: scheduling happens on time, the content library stays organized, and nothing falls through because of a missed post or a disorganized workflow.

Think of it as the infrastructure layer: the content calendar, the asset library, the scheduling queue, the approval process, and the coordination between you and your creative team (if you have one).

Scope Clarity

I handle the operational side of social — scheduling, organization, posting, coordination, and light caption support. Content strategy, brand creative direction, and paid advertising are outside this scope (and can be referred to a specialist if needed).

Posting Workflow

From content idea to published post

Every post follows the same workflow — from content approval to scheduled publishing — so nothing goes live without the founder's sign-off and nothing is delayed because of a broken process.

Every asset. Findable in seconds.
